This historic performing arts venue hosts live performing arts events (concerts, dance, musicals, community theatre) and weddings year-round, while restoration projects continue throughout the building.

The 24,000-sq.-ft. facility was built in 1914 by the Homestake Gold Mine for their workers and families. It was given to the City of Lead in 1972. Unfortunately, the theater portition of the building was nearly destroyed by fire in 1984.
